Please check under "Configurationsettingsdevice configurationsetup" if the rightprinter is assigned.
Try to print directly from your application software. Therefor put a CD manually into the printer tray.
If this works properly, try to create a new prn file and repeat printing under PoINT software.
Please verify if the setting in printer propertiesadvance, if the "print directly tp LPT port" is activated (exception TEAC P-55).
If all these recommendations do not help, send the printer to our service department for repair.
